Now for our (optional) prompt, taken once more from our archives. Today, I’d like to challenge you to write a poem in the form of a review. But not a review of a book or a movie of a restaurant. Instead, I challenge you to write a poetic review of something that isn’t normally reviewed. For example, your mother-in-law, the moon, or the year you were ten years old.

❤️❤️Well, I finally found something to write about. I do like this prompt.❤️❤️

THE SCENT OF A ROCK PRINCESS 
(A Shadorma Series)

It is heart 
shaped but black with white 
writing on the 
outside of the 
bottle, there are abstract shapes 
that may be flowers.

the stopper 
looks like a black crown 
with six spikes 
and six clear 
crystals adorning it, the 
bottle has a name.

VERA WANG 
in upper case print 
underneath 
it bears the 
legend, Rock Princess in script - hint of what's inside?

Inside it 
contains perfume, with 
top notes of 
white peach and 
bittersweet red raspberry 
and of bergamot.

Heart notes of 
heliotrope, rose, 
lily and night 
blossoming 
Jasmine with spicy accents 
gives the perfume depth.

Finally 
the base notes of musk,
cashmere woods,
coconut 
and iris which makes this eau  
de toilette last well.

Popular 
with young people it 
sits on my 
vanity 
unit because I love the 
sexy but sweet smell.

It goes with 
my leather biker 
jacket and 
rose pink hair 
so I say it is for all.
Wear it if you dare!
