**Apparently the Stranger's Bar and others in Parliament are exempt from the 10 pm curfew because they are classed as "works' canteens." Only in England could this happen, fiasco hardly does it justice!**

A beautiful haiku and it couldn’t be more true! I personally don’t think the 10pm curfew will work…people will just go out earlier instead.
