  1. I am grateful for the gift of another day on my journey of life, a gift 67,000 + have not received this year.
  2. I am thankful that I am retired and have an income, when so many are losing theirs.
  3. I appreciate living alone, a survivor of domestic violence, when so many women are killed on a weekly basis.
  4. I feel blessed by the company of my rescue cats.
  5. I am grateful for the air I breathe every day which so many of us take for granted.
