  1. I am grateful for the gift of another day on my journey, in these times of rising Covid-19 deaths.
  2. I am thankful for the telephone and computer to keep in touch with people.
  3. I appreciate alone time with my cats.
  4. I am blessed with a liking for my own company.
  5. I am grateful for the distractions I have away from chronic pain.
