  1. I appreciate the amount of healing sleep I have had.
  2. I am blessed with having good nourishing food to eat.
  3. I am grateful for the company of three cats today, mine and our visiting Sooty.
  4. I am thankful that despite my black eye, I can see so much more since my operation on Friday.
  5. I am grateful for the skill of my surgeon and the care of all the staff at BMI Highfield Hospital, Rochdale.
