a kind process, everything
starts to seize up...
arthritis moves in
pain is a daily occurrence,
the senior moments...
when the brain freezes
up and you don't know what you
knew yesterday...
the mirror shows you
the ruin you have become,
time for pink hair?

I have arthritis in my hands and feet now, which is not good. The only places that don’t hurt these days are my knees and that’s because they have been replaced! 🙂

I’m thinking I may have to deal with that in the future. My right one is starting to bother me. I think though that a hip replacement will happen first.

Well both my knee replacements have been a success. You have to do what they tell you, which is lots of physio but it is worth the pain and effort in the end. ❤🌷❤
