CHANGING THE NARRATIVE
🎭Know thyself – because it is only in truly knowing yourself you are able to change the narrative. I mean the narrative where your ego bombards you with negative talk, like, “you are not good enough”, “you don’t deserve to be happy”, etc., etc. By making positive affirmations spoken aloud, preferably in front of a mirror, in the present tense you are re-addressing the balance. So try “I am always enough” and “I deserve to be happy”. You may not believe them now, but keep saying them until you do.🎭
