This poetry collection uses time and place to take us on an emotional journey. There is love, loss, and a lovely remembering of the past and Sarah.
We discover the poet's love for Sarah, the intricacies of passion, the rights and wrongs of who we should love, and the grief of her loss.
Andy N uses deceptively everyday language to show the raw love and depths of passion to which their feelings go. This is mature, heartfelt poetry that I found very moving.
As for this being Andy N's last collection of poetry, I sincerely hope not. He is too good a poet and not old enough to retire from poetry!
