a crackling fire - chianti
two glasses
only one to drink it, I
chink the empty glass with mine

and dark,
the longest night
bows in the light!

and dark,
where evil lurks,
is swept away
No. 8
and dark
replaced by
the sun
No. 9
in this silence
breath passes from me,
communication

knowledge
sighs and lies silent,
the bears hibernate
No. 11
there is something
of the bear in me,
sleeping until spring
No. 12
sleep is a little
death - living
in dreams
