CHANGING THE NARRATIVE
🍄We are what we think we are. Every thought creates our life. So we must go to our ego and change the negative thoughts to positive ones, in order to create a good life for ourselves. Writing in a journal, positive affirmations which should always be in the present tense, is the start. Reading them aloud in front of a mirror reinforces them. Why not give it a try? 🍄
