This form seems to be written with 7 lines, with each line having only 4 syllables and the rhyme scheme ababccd. I like it!
Ha' sonnets
No. 1 - Petrichor
Soft falls the rain
washing away
the dust of pain,
making me sway
and hum toplike
wanting to hike
in the petrichor.
No. 2 - Autumn Leaves
Autumn leaves scrunch
under my boots
the leaves they crunch,
an owl still hoots
in the twilight,
the boots hold tight
toes spread within.
No. 3 - Shivelight
Shivelight dapples
between the last
leaves - fallen apples
rotted so fast
leaves cling on tight
before the night
brings certain death.
