COUNTING OUR BLESSINGS

🍄🪻 In order to have a grateful heart, we must count our blessings. We should make it a daily activity. Either in the morning when we get up or in the evening before going to bed.  First, try to find 3 things that you are grateful for and write them down. There is always power and commitment in the written word.

Use the present tense, i.e., 'I am grateful for...' Choose a nice notebook to write them in. You can, of course, treat yourself to a gratitude journal. When you are used to finding 3 things to be grateful for, increase it to 5 things.

Cultivating a positive heart means putting gratitude and positivity out there into the world. Then, over time, you will find that positive things start happening in your life! This, in turn, gives you more things to be grateful for. Why not give it a try? Let me know how you get on. Meanwhile, here is an extract from my gratitude journal to give you some ideas 🪻🍄
