Last night I went to the Carrion Crow pub on Huddersfield Road ( one of the pubs on th' hill) with my friends and neighbours to see The Two Connors on a leg of their 'Dirty Old Town' tour of Oldham.
The evening didn't get going until just after 9 pm, but the talented brothers put on a jumping, dancing, rousing good show.
They write their own songs and write 'Oldham' versions of other people's.
Danny and Callum Connor, who grew up in Derker, Oldham, are warm-hearted lads who just like to get everyone up dancing and singing along with them.
