COUNTING OUR BLESSINGS
🍄🪻 NEW What is a gratitude journal? This is where you record 3 or 5 things you are grateful for. My late mother called it counting our blessings. The idea of gratitude is to create positivity in your life. It is the opposite of negativity and moaning about what you haven't got.
We all have things to be grateful for, start with 3, and work upto 5 daily. Things like air to breathe, clean water to drink, and a roof over your head.
Write them down and read them aloud, thereby giving them the power of energy. If you put positivity out there, that is what you will attract back into your life. Try it and see - let me know how you go on in comments.🪻🍄
