Well, let's see, Ella and the lovely young ladies from Commonword came along. Cathy Crabb and her entourage with whom she had worked with, on her green remit as Commonword's Oldham Poet in Residence performed really well.
The open mic poets turned up, audience members turned up, including Dada, Geli, Chantelle, James Lawton, Melinda, and myself and the lovely and lively, Naomi Kalu came to sing her songs.
Christian of Hack made sure the hot Vimto flowed and the mince pies were eaten. A big thank you to him and Eric.
A good evening was enjoyed by all, and we did miss Claire Barrow, who was unable to make this one.
