Every task has to be broken down
into smaller tasks so they get done.
A military operation for a trip to town.

And performed to a bit of Motown!
Getting older is not a whole lot of fun,

Age brings chronic fatigue and pain,
Meds, and distraction techniques,
Meditation, staying warm, my refrain.

Rushing about brings me no gain.
Going slow, the troughs and peaks.
