🎨✍️What do we mean by challenging the narrative? It means changing our negative thoughts into positive ones. We exchange negative energy for positive energy. Putting out positive energy attracts positivity into our lives.
Our ego is our enemy. It loves to feed on negativity. It makes us anxious and fearful and attracts negativity into our lives. So, we counteract this by positive affirmations. Write down 3 or 5 things that are positive about you. Use the present tense. Read them aloud in front of a mirror. You give them energy by doing this.
Persevere, your negative thoughts may be a lifetime habit. Believe that you are in charge of your thoughts and change them day by day. Positivity attracts positivity, try it and see!✍️🎨
