๐Ÿ’๐ŸคŽWhat is a gratitude journal? This is where you record 3 or 5 things you are grateful for. My late mother called it counting our blessings. The idea of gratitude is to create positivity in your life. It is the opposite of negativity and moaning about what you haven't got.

We all have things to be grateful for, start with 3, and work upto 5 daily. Things like air to breathe, clean water to drink, and a roof over your head.
