I love Ed james' DI Rob Marshall books but found DS Rakesh Siyal's book 1 a disappointment. Book 2 was a massive improvement that was up to the author's normal standard.
The story was well plotted and interesting and had various threads linking to drugs and, in the end, professional standards.
I really enjoyed reading this one.
☆☆☆☆☆ Highly recommended reading.
