🎨✍️ What do we mean by challenging the narrative, and why should we? It is easy to feel powerless in today's violent war-torn world. Challenging negativity and replacing it with positivity is good for our mental health and peace of mind.

Our ego is our enemy. It is that nagging voice in our heads that fills us with doom and gloom. It tells us we are powerless to change the world,but it is wrong. Each positive thought we think changes our own world. That is powerful!

You are in charge of your own thoughts. Take that power back! Write up to 5 positive affirmations using the present tense. Make each one a positive reinforcement of what you are: I am strong, I am true to myself, etc., and repeat them in front of the mirror. Sayng them aloud gives them energy, energy is powerful.
