Don't let the tragedy of the world
Destroy your inner peace.
Do what is in your power to do and
Then, let it go into the ether.
Some things are within your power
And some are definitely not.
Concentrate on the small things in life.
Be kind to yourself and others.
Filling up your own cup of happiness
Is essential before sharing.
You can't nourish from an empty vessel.
Self-care is paramount.
Looking after yourself is not selfish.
Create your own inner peace.
Fill your life with positivity and love,
This is then attracted back.
What you put out into the outside world
Is what will return to you.
This is within your control; it is a choice.
It is only yours to make.
Rejoice in each breath you take in,
Expel your love and light.
Hold the light for others in darkness,
Raise your vibration.
You are on an ever changing journey
Wih crossroads to negotiate.
Make your choice confidently with
The power of the universe.
We can all possess this power, which
lies in the universal
consciousness, to which we all belong.
Not the power that corrupts.
This power lies within your wisdom,
Which answers everything,
Has always been there, waiting for
You to discover it.
Live the best life you are able to.
Remember, change
Is constant and will keep coming,
So embrace it willingly.
