Sometimes, love will only come from within.
Self-care is not selfish but practical.
There is no need to feel any chagrin,
Just make a plan and keep it tactical.
First, fill up your own cup with happiness.
Then you may allow others to drink too.
This will cause you the least amount of stress.
It will stop exhaustion and feeling blue.
Choose joyfulness as your sacred mantra.
For choice it is, to feel happy or sad.
Your power lies inside you - the tantra.
That guides your life force - the good and the bad.
So, rejoice in self-love and radiate
And shine your love and light, which is innate.
