So, in case you were wondering about all the chakra poetry from the archives, this is the reason why. Chair yoga takes place in Waterhead Parish Hall from 1pm on Wednesday afternoons.
It is facilitated by the lovely Faye who takes us all through our paces. It is a warm and friendly group. Faye tells us all to do what we can, at our own pace which is sensible. The group is ideal for the more mature person who probably has a few health problems but wants to keep mobile.
Faye finishes the exercise with a lovely five-minute chakra meditation, which is lovely after all our exertions! Hence the Chakra poetry.
It costs £3 which pays for the hire of the hall and there are coffee, tea, biscuits and a chance to chat afterwards.
