In life, you have a choice, be kind.
To people, to animals, they have souls.
Don't take out on them the ills of the mind.

Put gratuitous violence behind.
You are in charge of your mind's controls.
In life, you have a choice, be kind.

Animals trust us - do not be blind
To their suffering, make it our goals,
Don't take out on them the ills of the mind.

It's easy to oppress the weak of mind,
To abuse animals, don't make it our roles.
In life, you have a choice, be kind.

Compassion lies within, we must find
It in our hearts, to be kind to all souls.
Don't take out on them the ills of the mind.

Don't inflict cruelty just be kind
To people and animals, don't be trolls.
In life, you have a choice, be kind.
Don't take out on them the ills of the mind.
