No 78 - All Too Soon

August sunshine, 
High above us.
Like heady wine
Will sustain us.
For all too soon,
An autumn moon,
Will bring the chill.

No. 79 - Happy Birthday

Happy birthday
to a dear friend.
Blues chased away.
A poem penned
To praise friendship.
Toast passed our lips,
A happy day!

No. 80 - Beating Hearts

Two beating hearts
Within my home
Feline sweethearts
So they may roam
But love calls them
Home - heartbeat drum
Love conquers all!
