PROTECTION FOR YOUR HOME
In Witchcraft, we believe in the polar opposites, light and dark, good and evil, positivity and negativity. However, we can negate negativity, darkness, and evil by casting protection spells.
In the home, you can charge four crystals up and put them into the four corners of your home. You can also put a small dish of sea salt or pink Himalayan salt with rosemary near your front door.
This should also be charged.
Do this in your magic circle. Here is a chant to cast a circle:
I cast thee circle to protect,
All evil intent here to deflect.
To keep me safe and sound
Out of time, let magick abound!
Inside the circle, using your athame, wand, or first finger on your power hand (depending if you are right or left handed.), charge your crystals* and bowl of salt and rosemary with the following spell:
I charge you with the universal power
Of the Goddess and the God
To protect my home from harm every hour
In every day, from negativity and all that's flawed.
By the power of three, so mote it be,
So mote it be, so mote it be.
You can imagine a beam of white light emanating from your athame, wand, or finger and entering the crystals* and bowl of salt. Remember tools assist you, but you are the magick! Make your intention strong.
Thank the Goddess and God for bearing witness to your spell and close the circle with this chant:
I cast the circle back into the ether,
As it is above, so it is beneath her.
Ready to be recalled at any hour
Mine to command with my witch's power!
This ritual should be repeated three or four times a year, prefarably when it is full moon.
*I use small clear quartz crystals that are readily available, but you could also use amethyst or even obsidian.*
