I had forgotten that the tips 
Of his fingers, draped like velvet
Upon my neck were a reveal

Leaving me gasping for breath
The roar in my ears, as I nearly
Blacked out, my head forced back 
My eyes like filmy sepia strips,
Finding and losing  the moment
