Slow down, we are moving too fast.
Modern life is twenty-four/seven.
We need to sleep and rest at last.

We had eight hours' sleep in the past.
We awoke with energy; it was heaven!
Slow down, we are moving too fast.

We need to hold on and be steadfast.
To  smile, adjust our facial expression.
We need to sleep and rest at last.

Let's live mindfully, not be overcast
By the information overload session.
Slow down, we are moving too fast.

Emails, TV, and AI that will blast
Into your life day and night, expression.
We need to sleep and rest at last.

Technology is growing far too fast.
We need pauses, a vital concession.
Slow down, we are moving too fast.
We need to sleep and rest at last.
