When we try to run away from our fears,
We take them with us - the voice in our head.
Ego's voice that can bring us to tears

It brings us down with its taunts and jeers.
It's like a poison that we are being fed.

Facing fear head on can be daunting,
We have the armour of love and light.
Forgiveness and letting go is wanting

But if we don't, the trauma will be haunting
Us forever, why do we always have to be right?

Go with the flow, be authentic and real,
