  1. I am grateful to remember those that died, so I might live in freedom.
  2. I remember my four Greenfinch colleagues who died in the Northern Ireland conflict, I am grateful for their memory for it reminds me to live every day as it comes, for me and them.
  3. I am grateful for having served Queen and Country in the NI conflict.
  4. I choose to have a nice, quiet reflective day today.
  5. I am grateful for my health despite my disabilities.
