#TheDailyHaiku, #TheGreatMargin
The following haiku are ones I have written in the above period that I like for one reason or another.
mist comes in with the
tide, it covers the winter
sand and my footprints

death comes for us all,
but shine on crazy diamond
song gives you a boost

from here to there, now
lost on a lonely road that
fades in the night's mists

Love is all around
I hear it, smell, taste and touch
it, with eyes tight shut.

the home of cotton,
Oldham attracted weavers
of yarn from all parts
of the country who
were looking for work; weavers
were well paid - those days.

I love you in the
winter when snuggling is so
good to keep us warm
I love you in spring
when cherry blossom falls like
wedding confetti
summer is when I
love being with you in the
open-air, so hot
I love you in the
autumn when leaves begin to
fall, we ride horses
I love you each and
every day, we spend our life
happy together.

**BONUS Theme:Spring**
small signs make us long
for the joys and warmth of Spring,
cold Winter clings on.
