Following the success of my Daily Affirmations started on 1st June 2020, I thought now it is 1st July I would add a gratitude journal.
It will be in a similar format. Recording what I am grateful for puts me into a positive mood to write poetry. My mother would have called it “counting your blessings.”
From 13th August like my affirmations, I shall be increasing the things I am grateful for from 3 to 5. Not a large increase, I know, but an increase nevertheless. Blesséd Be!
