  1. I am grateful to be in the flow of life, and I choose to think positive thoughts today.
  2. Anxiety is a thought that can be changed and I choose to change it.
  3. I am grateful to have found my course on Self-Publishing and have started Module 1.
  4. I am grateful for my cats, who fill my life with surprises, fun and joy.
  5. I am grateful for my skills and writing abilities and have every confidence I will reach my goals and achieve my dreams.
