  1. I am able to recognise my fearful thoughts and change them.
  2. Thoughts are just that, thoughts can always be changed, there is always another way to look at things.
  3. Positivity is a state of mind, I choose to be positive.
  4. I always choose to look for the good in people.
  5. I am changing and growing as a person every day. This is a joyful experience.
