  1. I am grateful for the gift of another day on my life’s journey, not gifted to everyone today.
  2. I am grateful for another day of writing inspiration.
  3. I choose to be aware of my thoughts and to recognise when they are about to go into a negative spiral.
  4. I am grateful to be needed.
  5. I choose to help people without questioning their motives.
