Guest Poets – Re-blog Jason A. Muckley

Sometimes you read a poem and it so resonates with you, that you want to share it. This is what happened with this poem: GRIEF by Jason A. Muckley.

Healing takes time

There’s no rush

It’s not a competition

Let go of the past

Grab onto the present

Look to the future

Each person deals with it in their own way

Recognize where you are at

Work through it

Do what’s right for you

Do what you need to do © 2020 Jason A. Muckley
