  1. I am grateful that there is always air for me to breathe.
  2. I am grateful to be alive and free from Covid-19.
  3. I appreciate being able to turn on the tap and there is water.
  4. I am blessed to be able to fill my freezer with a month’s worth of food.
  5. I am thankful I can press a switch and I have electric light.
