  1. I appreciate the rest and sleep I had last night.
  2. I am blessed with poetic ability.
  3. I am grateful for the trust placed in me by my friend’s husband.
  4. I am thankful to my friends who give me help and support.
  5. I am grateful to the Divine Source from whence I came and to whom I will return.
