Gratitude Journal – Being In A State of Gratitude.



  1. Thank you for putting me in contact with the person I most needed to speak to.
  2. I appreciate that I am always divinely loved and protected.
  3. I am blessed to be able to watch and change my thoughts.
  4. I am grateful to feel myself healing.
  5. I am thankful to be radiating healing today.




  1. I’m grateful for a bike ride with my son; he’s now balancing his own bike. I’m happy for time in the sunshine and that I had time to make a roasted chicken for dinner. Grateful both the kids said, “Yummy, mom.”
