I am a poet and wellness writer, living in the North West of England in the UK. I live with my two cats, Miss Molly and Sooty. I enjoy having my poetry published, open mics, and being a member of writing groups. I adore horses. I am an hispanophile and still attend a Spanish improvers class. I lovereading and taking gentle walks in my local park and chair yoga.
