Low cloud/Autumn showers
No. 1
low cloud
heavy with rain bring those
Autumn showers
No. 2
low cloud - a flash of
lightning, rumble of thunder
counting in between*
No. 3
Autumn showers
bring the cold and damp,
painful arthritis
No. 4
low cloud - a grey
blanket in the sky
threatens rain
No. 5
Autumn showers
bring the chilling cold
get the jumpers out
*As children, we counted in between the flash of lightning and the clap of thunder, the less we counted the nearer to overhead the thunder got!
