We pause in
our day, lost in thought.
Memories
dance in the
mind, enticing us back to
a different time.

A time when
the body was younger,
the brain was
much sharper.
Now patience is required with
ourselves and others.

Poetry
is sudoku for
the mind, it
sharpens wit.
Chases thought, and fires passion
as we write our words!
