Sometimes a love comes that never goes,
It settles into your heart, lives in your soul.
It frees your mind with a passion that glows.
Weaves it's magic and makes you whole.
Even when it's lost it will find its way home.
When it has been abandoned it renews.
It binds lovers so you are never alone.
Makes you happy – chases away the blues.
It can come once in your whole lifetime,
Or sometimes it never comes at all.
It can smell of roses, taste of red wine.
It can be brief or there for the long haul.
Love affects everyone enriches our lives,
Love births, it blooms and sometimes it dies.
