The Templar Code by C. M. Palov is an exciting modern adventure story with historical links to the Knights'Templar. Caedmon Aisquith, ex MI5 operative and Templar expert/obsessive and his younger American assistant/lover, Edie set out to uncover secrets that have been buried for centuries.
The story is as good as Dan Brown's novels, with a bit of Indiana Jones and a touch of James Bond thrown in for good measure.
The villains are evil and ruthless and there is a lot of puzzle solving along the way. An exciting read from start to finish.
☆☆☆☆☆Highly recommended reading.
