If you linger in the past too long, your story can not unfold the way it should.
You are capturing this life as it happens.
Beautiful moments are everywhere waiting to be seen. You must believe in magic. When you can find joy in the mundane, life opens up

Joy is supposed to slip through the cracks. Give in to the slumber you crave.
If only we could realise resting is very much doing. The quickest way back to self, to inner peace, is bare feet on grass.
You'll look at the mountain ahead of you and realise you've done it before.

When the world seems bad, remember most people are good. We should be allowing ourselves to consistently expand to grow. Your light is simply made of the you-ness that makes you, you. Wonderful new people who shine light into your soul will come on in if you leave space.

Do you get how bold it is to be wildly alive when the world insists you must survive instead? A day is only lost if you forgot to say something kind to yourself or others. On days when your anger is high, remember why. It is but a beat in this magical masterpiece.

All this talk of women having gone mad is actually just women waking up.
You are already enough, but reaching for more is your right. You will handle it all because that's what you do. You won't regret the things you tried and failed at, but you will regret a life spent waiting.

There is an order to the things that just happen to you. You will bruise reaching out of your comfort zone, and you will rot staying inside it. The only thing to matter in the end is love and how gloriously freely you gave it away.
The joy of living is free.
